1. Which type of web hosting 1host.my is providing ? Linux based or Windows based ?
1host.my provides Linux based Web Hosting with CPanel as the web control panel.
2. Can I still use the web hosting if my computer is running on Windows / MAC OS ?
Absolutely YES! Your web hosting type is not relevant to the operating system you use on your computer.
3. Can I use domain name purchased from other providers ?
YES. You just need to change your domain name NS records to :
ns1.1hostmy.com and ns2.1hostmy.com.

4. How do I upload files to my web hosting / website ?
You can upload your website files via the File Manager in CPanel, or by using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) applications, such as FileZilla and FireFTP.
5. How do I transfer a registered domain name to 1host.my ?
It is simple to transfer a domain name to us. Simply enter your current domain name at here. You would need the EPP Code (Domain Secret) to proceed. Please contact your domain provider for the EPP Code (Domain Secret).
6. Where is 1host.my's web servers located ?
Our servers are located in a datacenter at Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
7. Can I host multiple websites / domains in a single web hosting account ?
8. Does 1host.my perform daily backup on the servers ?
YES. We perform a daily backup on our servers. However we DO NOT guarantee the existence, accuracy, or regularity of the backup. Clients are advised to perform the backup at all time via the backup feature in the CPanel. 1host.my would not be responsible for any data lost or any other damages incurred from that.
9. How long it takes to setup my hosting account ?
It usually take less than 2 working hours after your payment has been credited to our bank account. However some external circumstances might delay the process, such as .MY domain registration which might takes 2-3 days to be approved by authority party.
10. How can I get my full refund ?
We provide 30-day money back guarantee for our clients. To request a full refund, simply contact your support center at here. Please take note that domain registration fees are not refundable.
